After breaking through in the Wellington student scene, Sample, formerly Baz and Russ have gone on to support many international acts such as Benny L, AC13 and more recently Sustance.
Staying true to their sound and taking inspiration from 1985 music and Sofa Sound, Baz and Russ provide the underground sounds of UK drum and bass encompassing heavy hitting minimal to soul moving liquid. Proper music.
Since moving north this year these two have been looking to make waves in the Auckland scene and they are returning back to the festival that ignited their love for the music, their set is not one to miss. Both technically sound DJ’s and aspiring producers, keep an eye on the Oasis stage this year.
